Dr. Bargello operates a private medical practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Frankfurt — premium positioning, strong professional reputation, active social media presence. What was missing: a coherent operational system connecting marketing, patient communication and booking technology.

The actual problem
Multiple locations, multiple tools, multiple service providers — and a practice that starts its operational day with administrative tasks instead of patient work.

We were brought in because the practice had already had some experiences with traditional agencies. Traditional agencies delivered concepts: strategy papers, design proposals, campaign concepts.
